All our servers include FREE Basic Support. However, you may choose to buy Premium
Support for complete peace of mind. To understand the differences between these two
support levels, please read the following:
- Basic Support includes the following activities ONLY:
Reboots | OS Reinstalls | Hardware Problems | Reverse DNS |
Connectivity Issues (RDC/SSH)
- Basic Support does NOT include any configuration of any
software packages, site migrations, third party software installations
etc.
- For any support beyond the Basic level, you may open a ticket with our support department for a price quote. We charge $60/hr, with a minimum slot of 30 minutes.
- You can also purchase Premium Support for a flat fee of $40/mo. This will help you avoid the per-incidence fees for any issues that are not covered by Basic Support.
