We have now fixed this issue and taken measure that this doesn&#8217;t happens again future (see below).<\/p>\n<p>To prevent this from happening again, we have now implemented an auto-recovery mechanism in RMS, which will run in the background and keep checking for such mishaps every 5 minutes. If the RMS again seems to be down in the future (which is very unlikely), then the auto-recovery system will re-start it within 5 minutes without any human intervention.<\/p>\n<p>Sorry for the inconvenience caused.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This notification applies ONLY to our Boonex Dolphin customers, who use RMS Connection at GigaPros.
