If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide GigaPros with the copyright information listed below. This procedure is exclusively for notifying GigaPros that your copyrighted material has been infringed:<ul><li>An electronic or physical signature of the person legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.<\/li><li>A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.<\/li><li>A description of where the material that you claim infringes your copyright is located on the site.<\/li><li>Your address, telephone number and e-mail address.<\/li><li>A statement by you that you have good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.<\/li><li>A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"column mcb-column one column_column  column-margin-\"><div class=\"column_attr clearfix\"><p><strong>Send Us Your Complaints in Writing<br \/><\/strong>A notification of claimed copyright infringement must be provided in writing to our &#8220;Copyright Resolution Department&#8221;.\u00a0<b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gigapros.com\/portal\/support-center\/\">Click here<\/a><\/b>\u00a0to see our postal address, where you can send your copyright complaint letters. Upon receipt of notification of claimed copyright infringement, GigaPros will follow the procedures outlined in Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (<b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.copyright.gov\/title17\/92chap5.html#512\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">17 USC \u00a7 512<\/a><\/b>).<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"column mcb-column one column_column  column-margin-\"><div class=\"column_attr clearfix\"><p><strong><br \/>Notice And Take-Down Procedures<br \/><\/strong>If GigaPros is notified of a credible claim of copyright infringement, or otherwise becomes aware of facts and circumstances from which infringement is apparent, it will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is potentially infringing.\u00a0To cover the cost of mitigation efforts, the infringer may be fined up to $100 for first violation. The account will remain suspended until the fine is paid off. If the fine is not paid within 7 days, the account will be permanently terminated without any refund.
