What are your billing over-due policies?

We will send you a renewal reminder 14 days before your service expires. Your service will be given a grace period of upto 2 days after it expires. If payment is not received within this grace period, your service will be suspended and your website will not be viewable online. After suspension, if you do not reactivate your service by paying the renewal fees within 14 days from the date of suspension, your site will be permanently deleted from our servers without any backup.
