Our ticket-support helpdesk at https://www.gigapros.com/support/ind…kets&_a=submit is currently facing some technical issues. This problem started occuring after we upgraded our helpdesk software yesterday. Currently we are working to resolve this issue ASAP. We expect to resolve this issue by next 24 hours.
NOTE: This issue DOES NOT affect any of our customer websites. This problem is purely with the GigaPros business website.
Until this issue gets resolved, the ticket-support will not work. During this time, you can use any one the following mode for your support requests….
1) Send an email to email@example.com (NOT to sales@ or support@).
2) Live chat.
3) Phone support.
