Dexter server is down because the hard disk has malfunctioned unexpectedly. We are trying our best to recover data and move it to another new hard drive. We will keep you updated thru this blog post. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Our team was able to successfully migrate all the customer accounts out of the corrupted hard disk and were able to restore it in another. We already have redundant backups setup and were able to restore back everything, There was no data loss.
