Our DNS servers are now fully online since last 45 minutes and we are monitoring it closely. If you still face any problems accessing your site, please submit a support ticket and we will help you ASAP.

This DNS issue have surfaced again and seems to be happening due to a faulty network card. We are in the process of replacing the faulty NIC right away. We will keep you updated about this situation. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We have now replaced the NIC on DNS server. The DNS server is online now. We are monitoring it closely to make sure it’s working correctly. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation.
